Italian Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 (1 pound) package chicken tenders
1 (1 pound) package baby carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1/2 cup pasta sauce in 12x8" glass baking
dish. Top with chicken tenders, onion, carrots, and mushrooms. Pour remaining
pasta sauce over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and
vegetables are almost tender. Sprinkle with cheese, return to oven, and bake for
5-10 minutes longer until cheese melts. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
