Melon Salad with Orange-Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
2 limes
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cantaloupe
1 honeydew melon
2 cups seedless red grapes
Directions:
1. Zest limes using Lemon Zester/Scorer to measure 2 teaspoons zest. Juice limes
using Juicer to measure 6 tablespoons juice. Combine lime zest, lime juice,
orange juice concentrate and vanilla in Small Batter Bowl; set aside.
2. On Large Grooved Cutting Board, cut melons into cubes using Utility Knife;
place in large serving bowl. Add grapes. Pour dressing over fruit and toss
gently.
