Ingredients: 2 Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened 1 Large Container Sour Cream 2 Small Containers Cottage Cheese 2 and 1/2 Lbs. Ground Beef 1 Pkg. Angel Hair Pasta 2 Eggs 1 Large Jar Favorite Spaghetti Sauce Method: Brown hamburger and mix with spaghetti sauce Cook Pasta according to package directions Mix together cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs Layer in casserole dish as follows: 1/2 the noodles 1/2 the meat sauce 1/2 cheese mixture REPEAT Cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes and let sit for 15 minutes before serving. |
