Maple Nut Icebox Pie
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
3/4 c. maple syrup
2 fresh eggs
3/4 c. pecans
1/3 c. toasted coconut
1 baked 9 in. pie shell
whipped cream
Directions:
Whip together milk, syrup and eggs until frothy. Place in saucepan over medium
heat and bring to boil, stirring often. Boil for 5 minutes until mixture forms a
thick custard. Remove from heat. Add pecans. Pour into baked pie shell and
chill. Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
