Very Berry Strawberry Smoothie Pie
1 READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1/3 cup cranberry juice
1 packet (1/4 oz.) unflavored gelatin powder
3 cups chopped strawberries
1 container (8 oz.) raspberry yogurt
Whipped cream (garnish)
1. Pour juice into medium microwaveable bowl, sprinkle gelatin over juice. Let
stand 5 minutes to dissolve. Heat juice and gelatin in microwave on High for 15
seconds, stir, repeat.
2. Pour juice mixture into blender, add fruit, yogurt, and liquid gelatin. Puree
for 3 minutes until smooth.
3. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and
