1 very soft cantaloupe
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1 baked pie crust
Peel cantaloupe and mash up fruit. Drain juice and save. Beat eggs slightly. Add
flour and sugar. Mix well. Add milk to juice until it equals 3 cups. Add juice
and milk mixture. Add butter and cook very, very slow until thick. Add vanilla.
Pour into baked shell. Top with whipped cream when cool.
