Chocolate Silk Pie
24 ounces chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups milk
1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter
Line rim of 9" spring form pan with parchment paper. Melt butter & mix with
cookie crumbs. Press crumb mixture into spring form pan. Bake pie shell for 8
minutes at 375ºF. Set crust aside to cool *completely*. Scald milk & combine
eggs, chocolate, vanilla, & milk in blender. Blend at low speed for 7 minutes.
Pour into shell. Chill until set (1 to 1 1/2 hours) Un-mold spring form pan &
remove parchment paper.
