Coconut Pie Crust Recipe


Coconut Pie Crust                  


2 tablespoons soft butter
1 package (1 1/2 cups) Baker's Coconut

Spread butter evenly in an 8- or 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle Baker's Coconut into the pan and pat evenly into the butter. Bake in moderate oven (350F.) until crisp and golden brown (10 to 12 minutes). Cool. To serve--fill crust with your favorite flavor of Pudding, made according to package directions, and chill until firm.
