Bisquick Impossible Custard Pie                 


 Ingredients

1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Combine all in blender. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9" deep pie plate. Bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes or until custard is set.
