Bisquick Impossible Fruit Pie
1 (16 oz) can fruit pie filling
1 3/4 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg
3/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 425. Mix together the Bisquick, oil, egg and water.
Pour the resulting batter into a 9-inch pie plate. Pour pie filling into the
center of the batter.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Good eaten warm topped with ice cream.
