One 2-pound boneless pork loin roast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Season the pork roast with the salt and pepper and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.

3. Roast for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155F. to 160F. Let roast sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice and serve
