Firecracker Barbecued Pork

One 2-pound boneless pork loin roast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the pork roast with the salt and pepper and
place in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.
3. Roast for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
to 160°F. Let roast sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice and serve
