Cranberry Glazed Ham
Fully cooked Ham (5 pound)
Orange slices
Whole Cloves
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Arrange orange slices on ham. Press cloves into ham surface.
2. Bake in 325 degree F oven 20 min. per lb. During the last
40 min., brush with mixture of brown sugar, honey, cranberry
juice cocktail, dry Mustard, and Nutmeg.
Makes 12-16 servings
