Glazed Holiday Ham

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

1/2 HAM BUTT (5-6 pounds)
1 cup ORANGE MARMALADE
1/2 cup TEQUILA
1/4 cup ORANGE FLAVORED LIQUEUR
2 tsp. DIJON OR BEER MUSTARD
1 tsp. ground CLOVES
1/2 tsp. ground GINGER
4 Tbsp. LIME JUICE

Rinse ham under cold running water and place in a baking pan. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the ham. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, basting occasionally. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.

Yield: 8-10 servings
