Guava Macadamia Glazed Ham
10 to 12 lb ham
1 jar 10 oz guava jam
1/2 cup Macadamia nuts, crushed
2 tbsp. dry mustard
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast until internal temperature
reaches 70° C (160° F), allowing 18 to 20 minutes per pound.
Combine macadamia nuts, guava jam and dry mustard; blend well.
Remove ham from oven 30 minutes before it is done. Cut off rind and make
diagonal slashes across the top surfaces of the ham to make a diamond pattern.
Spread surface with guava-macadamia-mustard mixture. Return ham to oven and cook
for the remaining 30 minutes.
Place on a serving platter and garnish with canned pineapple slices, if desired.
