Holiday Ham with Mango Glaze

1 Farmer John® Bone-in Ham
3 cups Mango Puree (5-6 large Mangos)
2/3 cup Superfine Sugar
1/2 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1: Preheat oven according to directions on ham label. Bake ham according to
2: Peel the mangos and remove the pit.
3: Place the mango meat in a food processor. Puree until very smooth. Run puree
through a fine sieve. Mix with remaining ingredients.
4: Halfway through the cooking process, glaze the ham generously with the
mixture. Continue to baste the ham until fully baked.
5: Pour the remaining glaze in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring glaze to a
boil, reduce heat and continue to cook for 6-7 minutes, or until glaze has
thickened. Adjust sugar and seasonings to taste.
6: Serve with ham.
