Orange Glazed Baked Ham
1 (10-14 lb) ham
1 c brown sugar
1 tbs flour
1 ts dry mustard
1 tbs vinegar
4 tbs frozen orange juice
Instructions
Cook ham fat side up on rack in open roasting pan. Do not add water or
cover. Bake at 325, allowing 15 minutes per pound. About 30 minutes before
ham is done, trim off skin and excess fat. Combine all other ingredients
and spread over ham. Finish cooking, basting occasionally.
