Pork Chops O'Brien
1 pork chops 1/2 in thick
1 T olive oil
1 can cream celery soup, undiluted
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 teas pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1 can 2/8 oz French friend onion rings, divided
1 pkg (24 oz) frozen O'Brien has brown potatoes
1/2 Lawrys seasoned salt, or other brand
In skillet over med high heat, brown chops in oil. Set aside. Combine soup,
milk, sour cream, pepper 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 of the onions. Fold in potatoes.
Spread in a greased 13X 9X 2 inch baking dish. Arrange chops on top, sprinkle
with salt. Cover and bake 350 for 30-40 min till pork is tender. Uncover,
sprinkle with remaining cheese and dried onions. Return to oven for 5 7 min.
till cheese melts.
