Pork Tenderloin Diane

1 lb pork tenderloin cut into 10 pieces
2 tsps lemon pepper
2 TBS butter
2 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 TBS finely chopped fresh chives, or 1 tsp dried chives

Place meat between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap, & flatten to 1" thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle both sides of meat with lemon pepper.

Melt butter in a lg. skillet over medium high heat. Add meat & cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until done. Transfer to a serving platter & keep warm

Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, & mustard to skillet: Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meat, & sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
