Barley Berry Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick cooking barley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups water
1 cup strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
Instructions:
Combine barley, salt and water in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat
to low; cover pan and simmer for 15 minutes until barley is tender. Drain if
necessary, and rinse with cold water. Drain again |
