Easy Fruit Salad

My sister-in-law brought this to our Thanksgiving dinner. It is really yummy and
she said didn't take much time at all to make.
One 4-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 cup cool whip
1 large can (1 lb. 14 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 small jar (10 oz.) red maraschino cherries, drained
1 small can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
6 oz. mini marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
Prepare the instant pudding per package directions. Fold in the cool whip. Mix
in the fruit cocktail, cherries, mandarin oranges and marshmallows. (At this
point the fruit salad can be refrigerated overnight). Just before serving, stir
in the sliced bananas.
