Morning Fruit Salad

1/4 cantaloupe, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced lengthwise
8 ounces whole grapes
2 oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
2 bananas, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
1 16-ounce carton fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine all the fruit except bananas in a large bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Chill appropriate number of salad dishes. In a medium bowl, combine the
ingredients for the sauce. Chill 1 hour. To serve, add bananas to fruit mixture.
Spoon into individual chilled dishes, and top with sauce.
Yield Makes 8 - 10 servings
