Rosa Marina Salad
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup sugar
1 1/2 Cup juice from fruit
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 package rice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 extra large Cool Whip
Method:
Cook sugar, juice, flour and eggs until thick. Cook rice. Add to sauce and set
overnight. Add fruit cocktail, pineapple, oranges and Cool Whip.
