Russian River Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 watermelon
1 cantaloupe
1 pineapple
1 basket strawberries
5 bananas
4 oranges
2 apples
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Cut all fruit into cubes and combine in large bowl. Whatever fruit is left on
rinds, squeeze into bowl. Pour in sugar and thoroughly mix. Let refrigerate for
about two hours until juices are made from fruit. Add some French bread and
cheese and this can be supper on a hot day. |
