White Jell-o Salad            

Ingredients
2 packages (1 ounce each) Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
16 ounces whipped cream topping
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow crème

Directions:
In bowl, mix water and gelatin; let soften. Put pineapple and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil and stir in gelatin. Stir and keep on low until gelatin is dissolved. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and marshmallow crème with mixer. Add pineapple mixture, beat on low until blended. Let cool about 30 minutes. (I put in refrigerator to cool.) With spoon, blend in whipped topping. Pour into flat container (13x9x2 inches). Chill until set. Cut into squares and serve.
