Blueberry Honey Salad
Ingredients:
2-3 oz. pkgs. raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup Honey
1 can blueberry pie filling
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 pint blueberry or pina colada yogurt
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in honey. Add pie filling and pineapple
in a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate until firm. Beat together remaining
ingredients and spread over set gelatin. Sprinkle top with nuts if desired.
Serves 10 to 15. |
