Citrus Cinnamon Salad
Ingredients:
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix sugar free
1 package sugar free orange Jell-O
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup cool whip
1 cup mandarin oranges, rinse and drain
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
12 cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
Instructions:
In large bowl, combine pudding mix, Jell-O and milk powder. Add orange juice and
mix well using wire whisk. Blend in yogurt and cool whip. Add oranges, raisins
and pecans. Mix gently to combine, then fold in crushed graham crackers. Cover
and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. |
