Green Grasshopper Salad

Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
 

 Instructions:
Combine Jell-O and water. When beginning to set, stir in ice cream, flavoring and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly; cover and refrigerate until serving time.
