Jell-O Cookie Salad


Ingredients:
1 box strawberry gelatin
1 package chocolate chip cookies, crumbled
1-8oz frozen non dairy topping-thawed, reserving half

 

 Instructions:
Make gelatin according to package directions. Place 1/2 of mixture into a small casserole dish and other half into a bowl. Allow gelatin in casserole dish to set up according to package directions.
Allow gelatin in bowl to thicken and add half of the non dairy topping and mix together.
After gelatin in casserole dish has set up crumble cookies over top then add gelatin cool whip mixture on top and spread with remaining non dairy topping.
