Orange Jell-O Salad
Ingredients:
2 small pkgs. orange Jell-O
2 2/3 cups hot water
1 small can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
Topping:
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 small carton cool whip
Instructions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and add orange juice concentrate. Stir until
concentrate is dissolved. Add drained pineapple and mandarin oranges. Place in
refrigerator until almost set.
Prepare instant lemon pudding as per directions for pie filling and let set
until stiff. Fold in cool whip and spread on top of Jell-O. Let set until firm. |
