Orange Sherbet Salad
Ingredients:
Orange Sherbet Salad
2 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges,
drained and cut
1 cup cool whip
Instructions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in saucepan. Add sherbet and stir until smooth.
Set aside to partially congeal (only takes a few minutes). Fold in mandarin
oranges and Cool Whip. Pour in 2 quart dish and refrigerate until firm. Serves
