Raspberry Salad
Ingredients:
2 C. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jell-O
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 med. can applesauce
2 C. sour cream
2 C. mini marshmallows
Method:
Boil water; add to Jell-O; stir thoroughly to dissolve. Partially thaw
raspberries and fold into Jell-O, along with applesauce. Let set. Top with
marshmallows blended into sour cream.
