Strawberry Ice Cream Salad                 

1 lg. pkg. strawberry jell-o
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple-un-drained
1-30 oz. can fruit cocktail-drained

Dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add ice cream. Stir until dissolved. Add pineapple and fruit cocktail. Refrigerate overnight--for best flavor. Serve.
