Tropical Island Jell-O Salad


Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 small lemon Jell-O
1 - 8 ounce size Cool Whip
20 ounce can crushed pineapple
Small jar maraschino cherries, sliced in half
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 to 3/4 cup flaked coconut
2 ice cubes

 

 Instructions:
Whip cream cheese and add well drained pineapple. Mix Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until dissolved. Add to cream cheese and pineapple mixture. Add maraschino cherries, mandarin oranges and coconut. Refrigerate until partially set. stir in Cool Whip.
