Waldorf Gelatin Salad
Ingredients:
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 12 oz frozen unsweetened apple cranberry -- concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 large red apple, chopped (not peeled)
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
Instructions:
Soften gelatin in water and let sit for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil until gelatin
is dissolved. Add lemon juice and frozen concentrate. Add walnuts, apple, and
celery; stir gently. Pour into an 8"x8" glass dish.
Refrigerate until firm. |
