Canyon Pear Salad Recipe


Canyon Pear Salad

Salad Mix:
Fresh Garden Greens and some Romaine lettuce enough for 6 to 8 people
2 pears, preferably Asian Pears, peel and slice
1/3 lb. of Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 cup pecans

Dressing:
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil from "Trader Joes" or cold press virgin oil. Whisk to emulsify, add to salad immediately before serving, using just enough dressing to coat greens lightly.
