Wisconsin Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
1 small cabbage
1 small red onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. parsley
1 med. carrot
3/4 c. mayo
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Method:
In a food processor, shred cabbage. Chop onion, pepper & parsley and add to
cabbage. Shred carrot and add. In a small bowl combine the rest and pour over
cabbage and toss. Refrig. at least 2 hours before serving.
