Chicken Salad Pie
Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1 1/2 Cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 Cup pineapple, cut in small pieces
1 Cup chopped pecans
1/2 Cup chopped celery
8 oz. Sour cream
2/3 Cup mayonnaise
Method:
Sprinkle grated cheese over crust while hot. Cool. Mix chopped chicken,
pineapple, pecans and celery. Stir. Mix 2/3 of sour cream and mayonnaise with
chicken mixture and pour into crust. Spread top with remainder of sour cream and
mayonnaise mixture over chicken salad pie. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts.
Refrigerate.
