Kiwi Turkey Salad
1 cup cubed cooked turkey
1/2 cup celery, chopped
4 to 5 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/4" slices
2/3 cup almonds, slivered and toasted
2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
2 tablespoons sweet pickle, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise or olive oil
1 tablespoon Lawry's Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice
In large bowl, combine turkey, celery, kiwi fruit, almonds, olives, and pickles.
In small bowl combine mayonnaise or olive oil with Lemon Pepper Marinade with
Lemon Juice; blend well.
Serve dressing over salad on lettuce lined plate.
