Margarita Chicken Caesar Salad

2 cloves garlic
1 small chopped onion
2 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
1 Tbsp Emerils essence
1Tbsp Ground pepper
1 zip lock baggy
1 head Romaine Lettuce
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4-1/2 can black olives
1/2 small purple onion sliced thin
Fresh Italian cheese of choice and as much as you like.

Put chicken in a zip lock baggie. Add Margarita mix, enough to cover the
Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic, one onion chopped ( you can use 1/2 and onion if
you want). Add in your seasonings, Mrs. Dash, ground pepper, and Emeril's
Essence. Let it soak for an hour or more. It can either cooked it on the grill
or on a George Forman grill, or it can be broiled.
Let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into thin slices.
Wash Romaine lettuce and break into pieces into bowl. Mince 2 garlic cloves and
add to lettuce. Add sliced onion and black olives. Add fresh Italian cheese.
Toss with Caesar dressing. Serve with warm chicken on top.
