Shrimp New Orleans
Ingredients:
2 pounds cleaned cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons vinegar
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
2 green onions, with green tops, minced
1 rib celery, finely chopped
Direction:
Chill shrimp. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over shrimp and toss lightly.
Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Serve on mixed greens or in cocktail
glasses. |
