Cheesy Bacon Potato Salad

8 medium potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup low fat mayo
1/2 cup plain yogurt
5 slices bacon - fried and crumbled
paprika
Cook potatoes until tender. Chop into 1" inch pieces. Spread in a 9" x 13" pan.
Mix onion, parsley, cheese soup, mayo and yogurt together. Pour over potatoes.
Top with bacon and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for
1/2 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 1/2 hour. Serve warm or chilled
