Favorite Potato Salad

6-7 potatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4-1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
3 hard boiled eggs[2 chopped and one sliced]
Mayo just keep adding until it looks creamy
Salt and pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp paprika

Cut potatoes in small pieces and boil for about 15 min
Don't let them get too soft
Drain them and peel
In the pot you cooked the potatoes and 1/4-1/2 cup salad dressing to drained potatoes
Let stand for 15 min
Add celery, onion, eggs, salt, pepper and mayo
Mix well
Put in serving dish, layer the top with the sliced egg some parsley and paprika
