Grandma's Potato Salad
Ingredients:
5 or 6 medium potatoes, boiled in skins
1 med. onion, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, drained
sliced black olives
sliced green onions
chopped dill pickles
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
mayonnaise
mustard
sugar to taste
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Method:
Remove skins from potatoes when cool, cut in medium size chunks. Add all other
ingredients with enough mayonnaise and mustard to make it creamy. Place a few
black or green olives on top for decoration. Makes a lot.
