Ham-Potato Salad
3 c Diced, cooked potatoes
2 c Diced, cooked ham
3 Chopped hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c Chopped green onion
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Vinegar
Lettuce leaves
In a medium bowl combine potatoes, ham, eggs and cheese. Toss lightly to mix
well. In a small bowl blend mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt,
pepper
and vinegar. Pour mayonnaise dressing over potato-ham mixture. Toss to coat
well. Cover. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
