Hearty Potato Salad
1 cup diced cooked potatoes
1 cup cooked navy beans (canned beans okay)
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon minced onion
3 tablespoons French dressing
2 strips bacon
Salt
Mix potatoes, navy beans, cabbage, onion with French dressing. Chill thoroughly.
Fry bacon until crisp. Break in pieces and mix with salad. Salt to taste. Serve
bordered with shredded lettuce tossed in French dressing.
