Asian Style Mustard Seed Dressing
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons, whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons, olive oil
2 teaspoons, toasted mustard seed
2 tablespoons, seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons, light broth or water
1 teaspoon, honey (or to taste)
salt and pepper
Directions:
NOTE: Put mustard seeds in a dry sauté
pan over low heat for a few minutes, stirring until they’re lightly toasted.
Whisk all ingredients together.
