Avocado Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1/4 cup avocado purée
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspo on salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
In a food processor, combine avocado purée and vinegar; mix well. With motor
running, gradually add oil. Add salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl; chill.
(Yield: 1-1/4 cups) |
