Avocado & Sour Cream Dressing  

 

Ingredients:
1 avocados
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbl vinegar cider
1 tbl lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp garlic crushed
salt, pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

 

Directions:
Peel, seed and dice the avocado. Place all ingredients except sour cream into and electric blender and puree 15 seconds until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Use on your favorite tossed salad.
