Basil and Garlic Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
8 fresh basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper 3/4 cup of olive oil
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender. With the
blender on high, gradually add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream. Process
for 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, if desired, process again
before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups |
