Buttermilk Garlic Dressing  

 

Ingredients:
2/3c. sour cream
1c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp.freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. mustard powder
2 TBSP. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
 

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth, about 1 minute. Best if sets for a couple hours; Serve really cold and shake well before serving.
